DESCRIPTION:PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT \nWHEN: Thursday Nov. 13 at 6 pm \nWHERE: Middleburg Heights Community Center\, 16000 Bagley Rd\, Cleveland\, OH 44130 \nWHAT: A Public Meeting for the Aerozone Transportation and Economic Development Initiative (TEDI) \nWHO: Residents and workers within the “Aerozone\,” which encompasses parts of Berea\, Brook Park\, Cleveland\, Fairview Park\, Middleburg Heights\, North Olmsted\, Rocky River\, and Strongsville \nWHY: Transportation authorities are considering what investments will best boost job growth in this area \nYou are invited to help decide how the area surrounding Cleveland’s airport area will grow and develop. \nAt 6 pm on Thursday November 13\, a public meeting is being held to share information about the Aerozone Transportation and Economic Development Initiative (TEDI). This federally funded transportation study will examine Cleveland’s Aerozone\, a 50-square-mile region that encompasses at least a portion of the communities of Berea\, Brook Park\, Cleveland\, Fairview Park\, Middleburg Heights\, North Olmsted\, Rocky River\, and Strongsville. \nOver the next year\, technical experts will be surveying the public and compiling data to understand challenges\, concerns and opportunities in this area. Any major regional projects that could affect transportation and land use in the area will be considered. \nAll members of the public\, especially Aerozone residents and workers\, are invited to attend the kickoff meeting for the study\, which will be held at the Middleburg Heights Community Center\, 16000 Bagley Road. Free parking is available on site\, and the location is accessible via the 86 GCRTA Bus Route. \nMeeting attendees will hear about what is planned for this year-plus study\, which will result in a shared vision for development in the Aerozone as well as a list of transportation projects needed to achieve it. Members of the public will also be invited to ask questions and offer feedback. \nThe Aerozone TEDI is sponsored by the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency\, working with a national and local consulting team. \nTo learn more about the study visit: https://www.aerozonetedi.org
