Jenita McGowan is the Senior Global Manager of Sustainability and ESG Excellence for Eaton, a power management company with a vision to improve the quality of life and the environment. Her focus is on setting sustainability strategy and goals, ESG reporting and transparency, advancing decarbonization and renewable energy and building employee engagement.

Jenita will provide an overview of Eaton’s sustainability strategy and progress toward the company’s 2030 carbon reduction targets, including their positive impact framework that drives innovation of sustainable solutions, our supply chain sustainability focus and what insights we are learning about the priorities of our customers, investors and regulators around the world.
