At the heart of this effort is our 1,000 Jobs Initiative: a two-year commitment to create, retain, and attract 1,000 high-quality jobs averaging $70,000 per year. This will generate $70 million in annual payroll and nearly $1.4 million in local payroll tax revenue, directly benefiting our communities. Together, we can turn Northeast Ohio’s unique aerospace assets into an economy of lift, one that raises incomes, inspires talent, and secures the region’s place as a leader in the global aerospace economy.
